Holocaust art, writing contests now open

Spokane’s 2017 observance of the Holocaust, an annual event that includes student art and writing contests, is under way. Middle school and high school students are invited to compete for scholarships tied to the theme, “And the World Watched.” Writing entries are due March 5; art, March 19. Details
